My seafood combo was overcooked, the salad was good, the soup was not as hot as I would like

it takes a lot for me to be highly satisfied. as to this sharis food and preparation I was satisfied and will continual go there. because of the staff.

The waitress was not knowledgeable of menu. She seemed a little aggravated with her evening.

It took too long to get my check. The ladies bathroom could have been cleaner. The music was too loud.

the food is good and the pies are excellent but the menu's have changed over the years.

I sought the spinach omelette I had ordered came topped with avocados as well as the blue cheese crumbles period I could be mistaken because I did not double-check but it had no avocados on it. Also I was seated close to the kitchen and I heard all of their kitchen talk despite the divider in between. And the waiter I had seem to be awfully rushed and gave adequate service but nothing out of the ordinary

Dixie was a great server and very sweet, however the server before her practically dropped the side of ranch onto the table to get away from us sooner. Yes I'm younger but I'm also a server and know how a server should act and that was no way to treat a customer.

I do NOT like it when waitress baby talk you, and pust there hands on your shoulder. I do not think it is appropriate nor do i think the waitress, or management would like me touching them. I also do not think it is cute.

fish was very greasy as if it had been cooked twice.

Everything seemed to be going ok when we first got there. We were seated, given time to order. We ordered our meals and I ordered coffee, my wife ordered decal tea. My coffee came immediately, she didn't get her's until the meals came and we asked about it. This is when I also was give additional coffee. Our meals came, mine was barely warm. The veggies were cold, the mashed potatoes were warm under the gravy, the chicken fried steak was barely warm under the gravy. The gravy was cold. My wife ordered a breakfast special, and I know it wasn't very hot. I think the orders sat to long on the kitchen counters. This has happen with our meals before, but we didn't want to make a complaint until now. We like Sharis, and will continual to eat there, but from now on, if the meal is cold, it goes back.
