The salmon was undercooked in the center... about a third of the meat. I'm not into sushi, so I was unable to eat the whole thing. I did bring it up to the manager when I checked out.

I don't have any particular reason to fault the restaurant or staff. I felt that the food was good, I particularly liked my "Cattleman's Choice T-Bone" steak. The hashbrowns were a touch overdone and had a slight burnt taste. My Fiancé enjoyed her herb crusted prime rib.

I thigh the food looked pale, the hash brows were barely heated and looked more like sting potatoes than hash browns. The food was ok, but not great. The gravy portion barely covered half of the meat. Cold have been warmer, could have look more appitizing, wasn't.

a holiday evening, 2 waitresses, 2 screaming!! kids, so the ladies were harried and spread thin. Food was fine, Naomi was doing her best, few real scroungy souls lurking in rear?? overall, not too bad for Eugene.

Cleanliness of the restaurant. You can see layers of dirt hand prints on the swinging doors. Which every person touches then touches the sing in and out machine then touches our food! I have worked at many Hilton Hotels and also military kitchens. I am very aware of the cleaning that is not being done! I feel that there should be a cashier up front at all times. This would help make it run smoother. Also a bus person. Why do the servers bus their own tables? Money? If it is truly about the customer then having these few extra people would make it run smooth and take pressure off of everyone! There for making everyone happier. Happier employees makes for happier customers!!!!!

The coffee is ALWAYS bitter and too strong. And there's a terrible cold draft near the door this time of year. The team is great. The strawberry rhubarb pie is very good,but would have been perfect, had they offered to warm it, a bit. I'll be back. I've been going there for 21 + years.

It was free pie Wednesday 7 dollars for pie and then discounted 5 dollars, so pie cost me 2 dollars on free pie day
