The lettuce leaves need to be cut smaller, and some of the lettuce was pretty beat up. It was good, I just removed some of the lettuce. Thanks

The steak I ordered was chewy (not as tender as I have had other times)

i had a small sirloin steak, and requested "medium-well". The steak was thinner than I had expected, so it ended up pretty dry, with deep, black, grill marks on it. I will take the blame for not requesting "medium" cooking for this steak.

I thought the prime rib sandwich was extremely small for the price, at 10.29 , but I did have a very generous gift of $5 to my card from Shari's. Thank you!

WE both had quiches and they had very little flavor. The salads were all funny lettuce and croutons and one grape tomato. It would be nice if you had some shredded carrots, purple cabbage, celery, or? other kinds of vegetables with the lettuce. For health, lettuce is not much better than paper. It would be nice if you provided a selection of steamed vegetables as a substitution for the salad as that would more healthful. Also, you prices are going to price us out of coming to Sharis for lunch. One more thing, your freebies for filling out this survey needs to change. I tried the stuffed hashbrowns and they were unsatisfactory. The Cinnamon roll was kind of dry, needed more filling and glazing. The other two items I do not care for. How about a sandwich. Better yet, do a survey with options for survey freebies and have people vote on the top 4 or 5 items people would enjoy. The choices you provide and not an incentive to fill out this survey. Thank you

I just didn't care for what I ordered. Would have rather ordered something different. The food was good but I would have preferred something else. My fault - not Shari's

The quiche had the extra ingredients on top rather than mixed in. I wouldn't order that again.

I was very unhappy with the new menu and the removal of the chicken fajita breakfast omelette. It was always my favorite breakfast item. Please bring it back!

It took a long time to get our food after we ordered. Another party who came in and got seated after us got their food before we did. Don't know if their waitress took their order before ours did or what happened. We also were to lucky to look over our bill. My husband discovered that we were charged for 3 pieces of pie and only 2 were taken off because of Pie Wednesday. We showed it to our server Tammy and she fixed it. If we hadn't looked before paying we would have been charged for a piece of pie that we didn't get.

We eat at this Shari's often and the food is usually really tasty. Tonight the toast for the Avocado Bruschetta was actually burned. The pot roast was quite tough and it is usually fall apart tender. We took it home for our dogs and they did enjoy it:) The roll that accompanied the roast was doughy inside....Perhaps the regular chef was out tonight and there was a sub? We will be back, but are hoping for a better experience.
