I was very unhappy that the BMP Omelette was removed from the menu. The BMP is my favorite and I almost always have one of these when visiting Sharis. Our server was very polite and courteous and was very knowledgeable with the menu. I did not look, but I hope the loaded baked potato soup is still on the menu. We also noticed that the lunch trio was missing, another big mistake!

Didn't like the new menu. Although our favorite is no longer listed (Benedict Scramble) we were still able to order it.

Our server Jackie was amazing, as per usual, when we got to the restaraunt it was about noon, very few people were working, many, many people were waiting in the lobby. The manager made a comment when someone finally came to the front that it was busy, I pointed out that it was lunchtime and he said something about it still being unusual. I stood while an elderly woman waited for ten minutes to put her name on the list. I saw two managers moving menus from place to place, sweeping under a table (yes important, but at this point not only was the elderly woman still waiting, probably five tables of people were waiting to pay, and not ONCE in that time did anyone say anything, or even pause at the front) I eventually put the woman's name on the list myself.

The order of the Parm Tater Tots was not the same or as good as usual. I don't know what but something was different.

We were ready to order when we sat down. Our waitress brought us a cup of coffee and we waited approximately 10 minutes before she came back for our order. We did not state that we were ready to order when we were seated and it was busy so this could account for the delay. Second my toast was burnt and nothing was said. It was obviously burned because the black side was up but the waitress did not ask if that was acceptable. My mothers bacon, which she usually asks for crisp without a problem, was so hard that she could not bite or break it and when the waitress did not inquire as to why we were taking it with us we let it go. After hearing the horror stories about sending orders back neither my mother or I were going to ask to have it corrected especially when the waitress did not acknowledge the errors.

The restaurant was very cool because of the ceiling fans through out the restaurant, therefore, I was cold and this made the food cool off too fast. Also the potato cakes that came with my breakfast were very dry. I asked if there was a warmer place to sit and was told maybe an inside both but there was a fan over that one also so I knew it would not change the problem. There should be a way to turn fans down or off.

Hash brown portion was surprisingly small.

We ordered the Nacho plate. There did not seem to be much meat on them and there was no cheese or sauce on the bottom layer. So we left a bunch of tortilla chips uneaten. Also, it would be nice if you had a half size. There is enough there to feed 3 people and then you don't have room to order anything else.

It was 08:18pm and we were not greeted, had to wait over 5 mins to be seated.
