The floor underneath the table was full of spilled milkshake or something that resembled it. As we were seated our feet had no grip as to cause our feet to slip out from under us, the same as we were trying to get any leaverage to slide out of booth to leave. Did inform the waitress as we left. Our shoe bottoms were full of wet sticky liquid.

We didn't have to wait too long to be seated but one waitress got mad at another because she was giving the booth to someone else and we got another one. Then it took over 20 min. to get our order taken. Not a very happy place that night! Confusion, too long taking orders, way to long to ring up bills when only one machine takes charge cards and workers not getting along. Where did the old manager and waitresses go? We enjoyed the place better back when they were there.

Host/manager ignored me for a couple who came in behind me. When receiving my payment, he did not acknowledge me or even say thank you.

I just dont rank any of these surveys with highly satisfied

We were very happy with our visit and enjoyed our food and free pie! It did seem like the cashier was having a hard time ringing up our bill and entering all of the stuff took forever. There should be a simpler way of handling this. Plus we have given him our past receipt with a survey code on it and when we got home we see he charged us for the free Caramel Macchiato. That was $4.49. I guess we can show them when we go back but now he has my old receipt with the code and I have no proof of taking the survey. What a mess up way of handling things.

The service was excellent. The waiter was very attentive. The crates had too much cream which made it too sweet & too goodie. I removed approximately 1/3 of the cream. Then it was good. The eggs were dripping grease.....way too much butter. The bacon was perfect! The server was excellent.

Well I had the prime rib dip and the meat was over done for my liking

Small portions, both salad and sandwich were very small. Over priced. Service by Grace was excellent.
