Decent food decent value it is what it is but I'll continue to go there regularly

Long wait, poor communication at register, servers seem harried

I ordered Decaf Coffee which is usually hot and tastes great. When my cup and the pot were brought I noticed that the coffee in the cup wasn't hot. In fact it was barely warm. I thought it got poured and sat too long before being brought to me. After awhile, I added some more coffee to the cup and expected it to warm up my cup a bit. It didn't and after feeling the outside of the pot I knew it wasn't warm either. I also got a lot of coffee grounds in my cup that I took home to warm up for later. I hope I wasn't brought a pot that was from someone else's table. Very disappointed and told the waiter that it was hardly warm. Kind of expected him to bring a new pot with hot coffee in it.

My salad looked like weeds and there was only one tomato in it. Didn't eat the salad and waitress told me to order different next time.

First I want to let you know that my server Tammy C was awesome. That being said the chicken fried steak has the worst processed texture I've ever had. The toast was barely toasted and obviously butter cold as the butter was not melted at all. Again service was excellent but unfortunately the food was aweful.

thought steak and eggs would be - steak and eggs, It was a very thin piece of something entirely deep fried and too crusty . could not distinguish any steak to it.\ Hash bowns not brown on top and not anything on the under side.

the waffle I ordered was over cooked and thankfully the strawberries were able to help soften the item

Portion sizes for the price. Part of order never arrived. Some too greasy - onion ring.. steaks are tiny compared to pictures actually nothing look as the brochure.

item on menu priced at $7.49. Bill said $9.49. Was told difference was due to notion on menu that said Mon. thru Fri, 4 am to 9 am. no where does it say $2.00 more on Sat. or Sun. second time this has happened at the River Road place in Eugene Or.
