Shari's

I ordered the appetizer sampler as I have done many times before. 3 sides of chicken strips one side of mozzarella sticks. I have always loved it but the chicken strips have changed. They are now like small chicken nuggets and no longer chicken strips. Very disappointed. Please change them back. The new ones don't make you feel like you are getting your money's worth.

We came in for dinner. We sat for 30 minutes before we got our appetizer. We waited another 20 mins before we got our food. Over all we sat for an hour with out Food.

thomas, tell me why you send jamie home before her shift started, leave jill to do the shift,2pm shift, jill is not a very good server, i sat at counter for 5 mins, grace asked if i wanted coffee, i asked grace who has counter she says jill, after another 5 min, jill asks what i wanted to eat, told her strawberry waffle, with add on suasuage and eggs, got the waffle, the rest was lost, by the time i got it i was done with waffle,then jill started bad mouthing jamie, with steve, not professional, to do that in front of customers,

You removed turkey bacon. As a person who can't eat fatty meat this ruined my breakfast. The regular bacon was cooked poorly and tasted like smoked fat and nothing else. It was disgusting

the french toast I received was undercooked and when I was checking out the girl that was doing was more interested in gossiping with another waitress. My time is valuable, too. She had a terrible habit of talking way too loud and long during our meal. She did not serve us but everyone there knew she was there. When she was checking me out she was talking about someone that had asked her to quite down. I guess I was not the only one to mention her.

Had "floaters of food particles" in both our glasses of tea. Had to take them to the waitress station to have redone. The sandwich is served with toothpicks inserted to hold it together. There was an additional broken toothpick (which was not visible) in the sandwich. Luckily it was not swallowed. I asked for an unseasoned plain hamburger patty and was given one with salt, pepper and seasonings on it. The restaurant was understaffed given that it was the lunch hour. Waitress, waiter and manager were all bussing tables and therefore could not give the attention to the incoming customers, and those waiting to pay as they left. This is the second time we were not satisfied at this Shari's and therefore do not plan on returning to this location. We will drive to another location or another restaurant entirely.

First, our coffee pot looked like it hadn't been washed in awhile. The temperature of my omlet. My husbands bacon, hash browns and omlet greasy and not hot. Pancakes lukewarm not fresh. Dissapointed, because we love your menue, however we will be back. Our waitress was great.

Took a long time to have someone take our order. Only to get the order wrong. So that made it take along time to get out food (which was still wrong). Then I found a hair in my burger and tots. The at the end of our visit I was overcharged for a milkshake that the waiter admitted to it being wrong

The French toast was soggy. The bacon was hard as a rock, not crispy. Overall not the Shari's it use to be. Wait staff was not good.

I ordered pies online. When I arrived at the store, they were not attentive and I and others had to wait at the register. Then the person in front of me paid and left. I person at the register left also and left me standing there longer. Then after about 3 minutes a person walked up and asked me if I wanted to be seated. I told him that I had ordered pies. He said what pies( not what was my order number). I felt like I was a bother to the people there.
