I ordered the turkey dinner for 4-6 people that was said to be $69.94. I offered to pre-pay. Nope, however when I arrived the place was in chaos, they gave me dinner and charged me $89.94 so why did price for same meal go up $20? Plus, one of the people eating is 3, so I didn't like my plates being prepared for my family in advance. We actually enjoy dishing our own food up. By the pictures it was indicated that was family style, serve ourselves. Poor advertising on your part, I prefer a full pie as advertised, not slices in individual packages. Very disappointed experience completely and won't make the mistake again.

The burgers at Burger King have more flavor, are juicier, and have more "fixings" on them. They are also hot. The manager, Dennis, was inattentive to his customers; being far more interested in flirting with our waitress, who by the way, was very nice. Dennis just hovered near the register the entire time we were there, making no attempt to visit and check on any of the customers. When we checked out to pay the bill, we were not asked if everything had been OK, in fact it seemed "more than his job was worth" to be amenable. I am thoroughly dismayed and disappointed with the dining experience, and will not be returning to this Shari's restaurant, nor recommending it to anyone else, ever again. Shocking.

I didn't see my waitress after she took my order until she brought the check. I had to finish half my meal with no drink. After completing my meal I set at the table for approximately 10 minutes waiting to get the check. The manager took my payment and never once asked me how my meal was or how was the service, the only thing he said to me at all was thank you for coming after he took the payment.

The worst was waiting for our bill and waiting to pay. Person in front of us had complaint about the service, and while manager was talking to them at the register, a long line built behind them. There was a second register that someone should have opened while the manager was trying to appease the other unsatisfied customer in front of us. As a result, I was late for an appointment. An hour and a half should have been plenty of time for lunch, but it wasn't.

We were seated and our server was to be Jackie. Jackie never arrived. Another server, Stephanie, saw we were not being taken care of and she took our order. She informed us she was not our server but would be happy to take our order. We watched as Jackie waited on two other tables surrounding us. Stephanie brought our order to us, even though she had told Jackie about us. We never had a word from Jackie until she brought the bill! Needless to say, I gave the tip to Stephanie! Stephanie should be commended for her attentiveness!!

We received the wrong order after having to wait over twenty-five minutes for the order. Then we had to wait again. The manager was called and all he could do was say he was sorry. The personnel in this Sharis should pay more attention to their customers than the gossip going on in the restaurant.

Placed an order to go which included a burger-well done with No Lettuce or tomato. Got home and burger Had lettuce And tomato on it. Called back and was told a replacement would be given. Got home and replacement did not have lettuce and tomato, which was great, but it did Not have the pickles, onions and extra bacon as ordered the first go around. Very disappointed.

The waitress we had was not helpful at all if we had any questions, and it took longer for her to take our order then it did to get the food. She never returned to see how things were or if we needed anything. Her performance was very unprofessional and i will not be returning to that location of sharis again.

I thought I did will do it again, last two times especially this last time just to much hidden grease. cold' resturant sorta cold. put food on a cold plate its going to be cold. I do feel both times were the same cook, food prep was the sloppy same. off and on the rest of the I spent looking for a bathroom at times very fast!!. so it appears someone if the same cook especially has to go first time mgr told a cook he had an attitude go take a 10 min break come back togeather or don,t bother this time no mgr. around. food usually very good.

The food had no flavor whatsoever u could tell most of it was microwaved even the bread rolls are microwaved very sad for a nearly 30 dollar meal
