Our food was excellent in flavor, texture and temperature. Our waitress was on point. The pie that came with our meal was excellent.

The waitress, Mary, was attentive and cheerful. The other team members were courteous and helpful when I was extra thirsty and needed more water before Mary, who was helping others at that moment. The warmed strawberry rhubarb pie with ice cream was delightful!

Our server, Roxanna, was excellent. She was right on top of everything and very cheerful. The food was hot and our visit was very enjoyable.

We are always greeted promptly upon entering the restaurant, and occasionally we are put on the waiting list. Our order is always promptly taken and the meal arrives piping hot.

We have eaten at Shari's in the past and have always been very satisfied. Serve was good, but Mary took a little longer to get back to us to take our order. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

i like the sharis in grants pass or it got good food and good service
