We love Shari's! We enjoy and have fun with all the servers. They are a great team and always make the experience very enjoyable. And the food is good, too. But it's sort of like visiting your favorite family - and not having to do the dishes!

Mary (125429) greeted us and for our group of 7 met each request with a smile. The food, service, and environment was peaceful. The previous 2 times I went there, there was an underlying tension and lack of focus.

Our server 358299 Heidi has a great smile and attitude. Every request for extras was taken care of quickly and graciously. One meal was not very hot (which we did not bring to her attention) and we opted for a side serving of gravy. Still a good meal and value, as always at this location.

My group of 4 guests was promptly greeted and seated at the group table. We enjoyed the delicious mozzarella sticks first , and then our Prime Rib dip sandwiches were served. We are sure missing the option of the wonderful "Loaded baked potato" soup, as a side to our entre.

We regularly eat in the lottery room because we enjoy watching the video machines and it's usually away from the crowds. Today was much different. There were several people all in the lottery room and they looked like they were either on drugs or up to no good. My wife and me were very nervous and were about to leave when one of the servers (Eric) came in and could tell we were uncomfortable immediately. He started talking to the gamblers and asked for identification. A few of them left and the others settled down and started playing the machines. Eric turned to us and just smiled and said he would check on our food. Thank you for having someone to keep an eye on us and to make sure we were safe.

i really liked the sharis in grants pass or it has good waitress and good cook and a resposion price
