BECAUSE I VISIT THIS ALL THE TIME AS ILI8KE IT THAT WELL, I GO THERE TO PLAY THE MACHINES IN BACK AND I EAT THERE A LOT. LORY WAS MY SERVER AND SHE WAS VERY POLITE, AND DONE HER BEST TO ME MY FOOD IN THE PROPER TIME. SHE IS ONE OF THE BEST SERVERS THERE. I JUST LOVE HER

The customer service was the greatest I have ever experienced!it gave me a sense of pride that the young generation. At least the ladies at your Grants Pass restaurant, have excellent work ethics. Highly knowledgeable, constantly on the go and always checking to see if we needed anything and that everything was good. A big praise to our server, 290713 Miranda! My wife and I thank you

Alicia was our waitress tonight and she did an amazing job! She remembered us from before and that made us feel so good!!! We love having her when we come in, very friendly and good at her job.

We have been to Shari's in the past and have always been satisfied with the service, food and atmosphere of the facility. Have not had one of her pies until this visit. It was awesome.

Excellent server - friendly, knowledgeable, attentive. The restaurant was quiet, temperature was warm (a definite plus).

The hired help is pleasent to work with and when it is so busy on Sunday, and they were very helpfully and we were seated when the table was ready.
