Janice the waitress is very efficient and friendly. She also has great energy and is very friendly. And highly motivated in her job.

We always enjoy Shari's and the server's are a big part of the whole experience. We had "Heidi" for the first time and I'm actually doing this survey on my own ( I have enough coupons for free cinnamon rolls ) simply to convey what a great server she is! Heidi is very sincere and fun. All Shari's servers are nice, however Heidi actually made us feel that our experience and the satisfaction of our dinner was her main concern! That's why I took the time to do the survey.

Our server, Heidi, has the best customer service skills we have received in quite some time. Hands down 100% better than our local Applebees (which we will never return to). Thanks Heidi - GREAT JOB!
