It was a busy lunch time and the restaurant was quite full. Even so the service was quick and complete both in terms of placing our order and getting the food delivered. Good job! The food itself was to the usual high standard.

Consistently above average food, service, and CLEANLINESS. Our server on this visit, Alicia, as well as other visits, took care of us because she WANTED to, not because it's "a paycheck". Cleanliness is a big taboo of my choosing a restaurant. Compared to others in Grants Pass, Shari's is far above most others. You are the place we can take out of town guests, and not get embarrassed. Friendly, clean, and good food. PLEASE, keep it up!

Grants Pass store was very busy this day, but Amber took very good care of us.

Friendly server who took time to great me and provided me with excellent service. Food was good but could have been a little hoter.
