Our Server Lisa was amazing. You are lucky to have her. If I had a restaurant I would steal her away in a second for my business. I wish all waitresses could be as awesome and friendly as she is. You are lucky in deed. Kudos to her and Shari's

We have been coming to Shari's on "Free Pie Night" for well over a year now. The food is excellent and we have never been disappointed with our meals. We always request to be seated in "Tiffany's" section, because she is an excellent server, as well as a very personable lady. Tiffany always manages to make our dining out experience a fun and memorable time.

My first effort was timed out as I tried to be helpful and very honest because all the answers were not "Highly Satisfied" My further consideration must be summarized for Grants Pass #228 as is. My innermost thoughts are that the local service to the public and toward Sheris main office is excellent. As for the limitations of a survey points, at least to me, toward better corporate head office review for internet simplicity and ease, and fewer separate web locations. Grants Pass is loaded with food service sites, often two or more of the same franchisor. To get higher gross incomes and better margins, suggest you follow your local managers.

I/we were highly satisfied because Shari's had coupons this month. Last month, no coupons, we ate at Denny's.

Service staff and chef are very friendly and know me by name, and know what I like on Sunday morning. I really like Sarah, Roxy, Clint and Jose.
