I don't know what happened but you lost one of your BEST servers the restaurant had. always friendly, happy ,smiling always has something good to say. We are sorry to see she is gone. She is not working yet but when she goes to another restaurant you can be sure we will start going there and not as much to Shari's.

We visit this Shari's often for lunch and the food is always excellent. However, on this and other recent visits it seems that they are short of staff. From the time we were seated in the restaurant to order and get our food took at least 35 minutes. It was busy and maybe staff are on vacation, but it was slow.

On Sunday morning there needs to be a person at the cash register dedicated to seat and take money. Let the wait staff do therenthing

I ordered a baked potato with my meal but it was cold so I requested another that was at least warm. The waitress rechecked and said it would take 25-30 minutes to replace it so I instead decided to order tater tots . However, in order to eat the rest of my order before it was also cold, most of it was eaten before the replacement tater tots arrived.

The silverware was put on the table for the next guest before we were done eating. Felt rushed. Not to mention the table needs to be cleaned after each guest.

From the time we ordered the meal it took 25 to 30 minutes to arrive. It was lunch time and the restaurant was busy but not full. We eat there often and this has not happened before.

I have ordered cinnamon rolls the last few visits, but there haven't been any. I am an early customer, usually arrive between 5:30 - 6 a.m., when a lot of people are looking for something similar. I overheard the waitress (Janis) inquire about the timing for cinnamon rolls. The new manager has decided they should wait until the baker comes in at 7; they should be ready by 8 a.m. so people that come in on her shift can have them warm, FRESH, and gooey. Unfortunately, late night and early morning guests get stale or go without. You could use a corporate shopper to listen to the employees issues with management and coworkers. I have, and after being in retail management, I can say there are serious issues - mostly attitudes.
