Server was great! the food was not complicated, took too long to get to the table and the restaurant was not busy so no reason for cook to be so slow, in my opinion. I have worked in the industry before. also the portion size for the sides (fries) is ridiculous, fries are cheap either give more or make them endless so people can ask for more if they want more. The dip for my French dip had no flavor.

We love Sharis, so this is no big beal. It's just the chicken fried steal was too done.

Long wait too order and always having to ask for more drinks. Just a suggestion when 2 or more people order coffee it would be nice to have 2 pots of coffee

I reckon I missed my old server. This server was new not very prompt. Otherwise OK.

Elderly husband waiting in car, the problem was with the payment in front of me.

On Wed. Jan 4th at around 3pm we ordered our fry's well done when we received them they were wimpy wimpy. and not very tasty. cook needs to learn to make fry's done.

My eggs were cold

My son purchased the Thanksgiving dinner to go. Very displeased with the items in the dinner--no cranberry sauce, and who ever heard of potato soup for Thanks giving. Small servings of dressing and green bean casserole. For the amount of money he paid for it, the meal was not the usually good as in former years.

Everything was fine.
