Shari's

Overall we were pleased with our experience and will return again. Our server was friendly and checked to make sure that we had everything we needed and that everything was ok. She consistently filled our water glasses as needed and asked to make sure that we needed dessert. We were very well attended to.

To my displeasure, I found that FREE Pie Night on Wednesdays is no longer free! Your premium pies (such as the two new, season strawberry pies: strawberry-banana and strawberry ganache) and pies priced $3.69 and over per slice (such as Smores, a family favorite) now cost $1.00 on "free" pie night! To spin it with an Orwellian name, Shari's has renamed it Free Pie Wednesdays (instead of Paid Pie Wednesdays). Prior to my visit, I went to your website to view the pie selections, but that did not prepare me for the change in policy as nowhere on the web page that pictured the pies did I see mention of the new price of free: $1.00. I brought this to the cashier's attention, but she was not aware of the change. I had to inform her as the waitress had just explained it to me. The manager took off the $1.00 charge for each of my slices and blamed it on the new corporate policy of course, but this does not rectify the situation for my future visits. I may just visit Shari's less often on Wednesdays and limit my visits to when a special pie (such as pumpkin) is offered seasonally. Jeers to Shari's for taking away an all-inclusive FREE pie night. You've created ill will. Boo! Thumbs down!

We wee highly satisfied. We had an excellent waitress who was very pleasant and helpful. My husband had misplaced his glasses and we went back and she had found them and had them and the register for us. The food was very good and we shall return the next time we come over from the coast to the Dr.s in Medford.

amber is the best server ever

The food and service was OK but we can get more food at Denny's for less money. Now that Shari's has discontinued coupons, we'll be eating at Denny's.

THE RESTROOM WAS JUST FILTHY NEEDING A LONG TIME GOOD THOROUGH CLEANING THE BASEBOARDS WERE FILTHY FROM UST CLEANING THRU THEE MIDLE

My experience was good, just not phenomenal
