Shari's

I asked for extra crispy fries & they came back regular too soggy for me reminded the server but to no avail.

The server did not remove some dirty dishes from the table until I asked her to. It was minor, but to me, highly satisfied is when everything is perfect.

Temperature of breakfast was too cool. Eggs and pancakes were lukewarm at best. This has happened several times before at this Shari's. We visit usually once a month, over the past 10 years or so.

The pie was fine this time, but I don't like having a pre-frozen chunk of ice cream on top. It was hard as a rock and very small. Last time we came, we got a piece of apple pie and the apples weren't cooked. They were hard. Apples should be cooked until they are soft. Just a lazy cook not to check when taking the pie out of the oven. Finally, I really wanted blueberry pie and you don't have any. We'll come back because you are close by, but you could be a whole lot better!

My wife ordered a steak salad with the meat medium rare. The steak was past medium. We were seated in a non-visible corner and I wound up getting up with my wife's overdone steak and taking it to my waitress. Once I showed it to here she was wonderful, got it taken care of, and followed up to make sure everything was right. We were highly satisfied with Roxanna, but we do have fairly regular issues with the preparation of food coming out of the kitchen. It is generally not the whole order, but there is generally an issue with part of it. My personal opinion is that the front of the counter runs at a much higher level than behind the counter.

waited to long to be seated, people seated ahead of us, waited to long to order, waited to long to receive food, long line at checkout

Nothing terrible, took a while to have name taken for waiting list, hostess took initial drink order but never filled it, fish and chips were somewhat greasy, probably would not get again. One person had finished before other, asked by server if wanting desert, stated not sure. Server short time later delivered check in front person still eating and then once finished to along time to come back for desert order,

My husband had the prime rib stroganoff, he said it was very bland.

We had my grandson with us. He is a picky eater but enjoys the kids steak from the kids menu as he comes with us often since we are raising him. We were all extremely disappointed that the kids steak had been removed from the menu. Steat is much more nutritious than any of the other options. So sad to say our eating at Shari's will come to an end. We go out to eat to rest and enjoy the meal, not fight about what will be eaten. We do that enough at home

I had ask to seat with one server but was sat somewhere else even though she had tables open and I said I would wait
