It took 20 minutes to get a banana split after ordering. However it tasted amazing as always. They have the best banana split I have ever had.

I had seafood and felt it could have been better prepared. The breading was too heavy and not fully cooked. fish needs to be fresher, it was a bit mushy.

While the handicapped parking is close to the front door, there is no way to open the door from outside if you are in a wheelchair!! It only pulls out. There needs to be a switch/button outside for that. We were planning to have the vegeburgers that Shari's used to make themselves, not Gardenburgers, and that was a disappointment. And, it came on a thin bun instead of the former multigrain hamburger bun. The grapes that were on my mom's plate were less than fresh, and a couple should not have even been on the plate at all. Access to the restrooms was somewhat obstructed by a table near the ATM and the cashier/pie case. Anyone in a wheelchair would have difficulty getting through there, as they would getting in or out of that restroom door. Very heavy to push or pull open. Please consider following ADA guidelines to better serve your customers with disabilities.

The hash browns were over cooked and crispified. The bathroom was freezing and no hot water when washing hands.

Your butternut soup this season tastes awful compared in previous years. The recipe has changed that is very obvious!! Change it back!!!

the waitress was a know it all rude person, I didn't care for the Ice tea and asked for a different one she got huffy, when I just settled for water she would barely speak to me and Never came back to give more water we had to wave her down 3 times.won't sit in her section again.274114 Amber-6 in Grants Pass Ore she would speak to another person with me but wouldn't even have eye contact with me.
