The new blender has over blended pie shakes. Not what they used to be :(

The pie shake that I have ordered for years has changed. It's no longer chunky :-/

My prime rib was too cool and had virtually no flavor. The horse radish was tasteless. My wife's beef was also too cool. It was not very flavorful. Her mushroom side tasted like it came out of a can and was too cool.

Everything was just ordinary, nothing special, nothing great but not bad either.

Long time getting coffee. Coffee was cold until received new pot. Food was cold.

Over all.....I really like Shari's, no matter where I go. But.....do not like the downsizing and when the plate came out it looked like it was lacking. Too plain not too appealing by looking at the plate. The food was great! If you downsize you should at least make the plate look presentable to where you really would not know what was happening.

waited 15 mins to be served at counter with coffee, water, no one took my bill to cash in

5+ minutes to be seated with no line just lack of attention. All employees were moderately friendly but inattentive. Water glass stayed empty 1/3 of the time. After meal was served waitress never returned to table until 18 minutes after meal was very obviously completed; 10 minutes of which I acted like I was sleeping, with feet hanging out end of booth and head leaned up against window. The whole time waitress was gabbing 2 tables over. Manager walked by twice and looked at me but never said a word. Once meal was served, waitress never even asked if everything was OK or if I needed anything else. Mashed potatoes had potato chunks but flavor like instant potatoes.

service was okay i guess. i just hate it when you sit down to eat and the waitress lays the bill on the table when you start eating

The Grants Pass location needs a physical facility make-over. It is dungy and old. Colors are outdated. Abandon cars in the parking lot for months. Transits sleep in the parking lot and then trash the bathrooms. The physical atmosphere is deteriorating very fast in an area with too many restaurants already and more are coming. The staff are experienced and knowledgeable and appreciated but the high paying crowd are fading away.
