Our wait person was slow taking our order and when she brought it, it was not correct. She then said she would reorder the missing item. It then took 30 to 45 minutes to get an order of a mushroom appetizer. She claimed it was the fault of the cook, but personally I feel she did not order them when she claimed. Will make sure we do not have this same wait person again.

Was going to order porchetta (I think that was what it is called) as it was a pork sandwich waiter suggested it was salty containing bacon which made it saltier. The Cuban was also "pork" but less salty I was told. The menu picture looked like sliced pork. Got it and it tasted like a ham sandwich which is different. Yes I know ham is cured pork. I was offered it free at payment time but declined. Basically first and last visit to this chain.

We waited inside the door for about 5 minutes before anyone greeted us. There was also someone standing waiting to pay and no one to help them out either. When we were seated were told there were no booths, fine, but got seated next to a post. There was seating available in the aitruim, but were not offered the choice. When it was time to pay, had to wait several minutes before someone came to the register. The wait staff was good, friendly, and prompt, food was usual Sharis fare, good. But hosts and hostesses need to be more aware and quicker to help. We were close to walking out and going next door to Elmers.

Our main gripe of this whole experience, was the "SHOCKING" TOTAL OF OUR RECEIPT, which was highly over the top. We could have gone to Black Bear Dinner and got a really GREAT MEAL for less than the $28.55 we paid for a breakfast, REALLY! FOR TWO PEOPLE, COME ON. We could have went to TAP ROCK and got dinner for less than that! I'm sorry, but you need to rethink your prices. Also, maybe clean up thee place. The space across from us was not clean, pieces of oranges that had been there awhile and crumbs on the counter. Floor not clean???? Sorry to say, we will not come back and we decline free offer. I will say that, our server, Marissa was good, very nice. That was pretty much the only good thing out of this meal. The end.

Drove 14 miles into town to get a NW Berry Trio whole pie......got all the way back home to find out it was a Peach Pie...NOT HAPPY. Called the store, they offered to replace the pie......So back in the car I get to go all the way back into town to get the correct pie. That is 1 extra 28 mile trip that I should not have had to do. Here is a suggestion......LABEL YOUR PIES so the servers KNOW which pie they are grabbing.

They gave me the wrong pie that I ordered to take out. They didn't enough malt vinegar for our fish & chips. They did not give us any cocktail sauce. We have had trouble with this Sheri's for the past 3 years with our take out orders.

The prime rib was not chewable. The mashed potatoes were cold. Asked the waitress THREE times for butter but she appearantly can't HEAR. She stopped by to ask how we were doing but didn't stay long enough to hear a reply. Upon leaving she asked if we wanted a to go box and we said what for? the meal was terrible at which point she sarcastically replied "I asked you how everything was why didn't you say something then?" She checked us out at the register and took the hot chocolate off the receipt WHOOPIE as that was terrible too. We loved the prime rib months ago then it was removed from the menu now you have it on Fridays. We have tried it about 4 times since you brought it back and it is AWFUL my leather shoes would be easier to chew!

the past three years of ordering take out they forget something in the order . They do not check the accuracy of the order. The portion size of the same items change, depending how busy they are. The managers are very good about compensating us, but it is very frustrating going through this on almost EVERY visit.

I was satisfied. I go here often. I tried something new and I did enjoy it. I don't do that very often and it was new to me. I will probably try it again. I would not be surprised for it to become a part of my diet. I like Shari's and the food is always good.
