Shari's

My husband and I ordered the trail boss (12oz) prime rib. It was supposed to be herb crusted, as mentioned in the menu and it wasn't when we got it. We told our waitress, and she tried to explain that it was crusted but only in small amounts. The entire sides of our prime rib were bare, so we asked to have it redone. After we waited for a while, our prime ribs came back to us with some seasonings sprinkled on top of the prime rib. They just gave us back our already cold, original prime ribs with just some raw rub on top. Raw seasonings taste horrible. Our dinner was not what it was supposed to be and we weren't compensated in anyway.

Ordered prime rib medium rare, came out well done, got new order prime rib came out cold. So ordered different steak. Was never offered compensation or anything reduced off of our meal. Should of at least for what I went through price of my meal should of been free.

Ordered the Prime Rib medium rare - got it medium well, so most of the taste was gone. it was relatively tender, but not at all what I ordered. The waitperson offered to have the kitchen redo it, but as it was getting into the dinner hour, I did not want to sit there all night waiting for a new possibly prepared correctly prime rib. I do not believe I will order the Prime Rib or any other steak at this Shari's again.

Waitress had a rude attitude and did not write down my orders as I was telling her. For my prime rib dinner, she did not ask me what size I wanted (8oz or 12oz) and just assumed I wanted the 12oz. She also did not ask me how I wanted it cooked. On my wife's order, I ordered chicken tenders & when I got home, she had gave us fried chicken. We love eating at Sheris here, but when you order take out, we get a lot of wrong orders.

My friends and decided that our girls night away from our children was ending to soon so we decided to go to sharis In Grants Pass . When we arrived we noticed the place was extremely busy , we told the server we would be willing to wait . We were seated it was the events that follow that have me pretty upset . We ordered two pies of which we stayed the berry was not to be heated , a hot wings , a side salad and a couple of drinks w, we asked for a chocolate shake but was told No , yes you read that right no. When we questioned it we we told by our server that the pre scooped ice cream and no more could be made . This sounded so bad but our server continued to tell us we couldn't have one , about the time my chicken wings we saw a table that had sat about 20 minutes after us receive shakes , we again questioned our server who stated quite Rudly that they were out of shakes !!!! We sat and talked for a while longer and my other two friends decided that they wanted to eat steaks we ask our server for menus she brought them but never came back to take the order , we waited about 15 minutes and then got up to just get our checks and leave.

We have been coming to this Shari's for years. My breakfast was so small I left not being full and cleaned my plate. I am a very small person so you know this was not an adequate amount of food. I only had 2 pieces of sausage in the Mediterranean Scramble. My husband had the Pastrami Pannini and only had about 15 french fries. We were very disappointed in our order.

the food was very cold, cheese never melted on the eggs. the server was very matter of fact when we told her all 3 of our oders where cold. she said I took the drinks off of the bill. I asked her to take the eggs off of the bill I ate the pancakes. she said the drinks where good enough. the manager was not able to talk to us. will not be going back to the grants pass Shari's again.

The food was good, but I was given a dirt fork and it had dried jelly on the handle . I almost threw up. Thinking what I had put in my mouth because I was not aware of how much was on the surface that I used to eat with. I was looking forward to that cinnamon roll, but that experience ruined it for me. not that I won't eat again but it will be awhile.
