Although I had ordered carrot cake several times before on a Wednesday free pie night, I had never before noticed that it wasn't free! The manager explained the reason is because scale is not a pie! She removed the charge, which I appreciated very much. Thanks!

We had Molly as our server that day. She's a very good customer service person. And, she does it all with a wonderful smile. Shari's is lucky to have her!

Our waitress, Stephanie, was not overly-cute or chatty, but was very entertaining. She made our evening much better that we even expected! ;} Additionally, another waitress, although we did not catch her name, stopped by to check that we were well taken care of - we liked that quite a bit, and regret we did not get her name...

Molly our server was very pleasant and cheerful. I like that she brightened my morning 🌞 Molly was professional, food knowledgable, warm and friendly :-) she warrants a raise!

I have come in this sharis for a long time every one is super friendly but I'm going to give a shout out to tots shes got positive energy and always had a smIle on her face. Thank you tots for always making your customers feel welcome.
