I went into this Shari's after a very traumatic few days so I could wind down myself with coffee. The employees assured my coffee was fresh & assured I was satisfied throughout my visit without harassing me. I went during the night & Melanie was simply amazing. I didn't once have to flag her down, she anticipated my needs & was extremely courteous while I was there. I would definitely visit during her shift again..
