OUR SERVER IS AMAZING ,SHE BENDS OVER BACLWARDS ANS IS ALWAYS HAPPY THAT MAKES US COME BACK SO NICE.

When Nancy serves you everything is great. She always gives you great service and makes sure the food is good

We had Darcy as our server. Darcy is awesome. She knows exactly what we like. She remembered us from previous visits. We really enjoy her sweet bubbly personality! Whatever you do, don'the ever let her quit, she is definitely "MANAGEMENT MATERIAL". She is so delightful.

I had Steve and kayln as our servers and they where amazing he watched her serve us and she did an amazing job. Very friendly always had a smile. Looking forward to seeing either of them.

I ENJOYED LUNCH & BREAKFAST WITH FRIENDS AT SHARI'S. ALL OF US ORDERED FOOD THAT WAS SERVED QUICKLY AND i ESPECIALLY LIKED THE TASTE OF THE PULLED PORK-SMALL SANDWICHES, VERY GOODD!

I witnessed the manager help an elderly couple with their honored sharis card. They did not know that their card needed to be registered for them to use it. They had almost 50 dollars on their card and were about to lose it because it wasn't registered I thought that was really nice of her. Just shows how nice of experience you get at sharis.

The manager Sybil at this shari's went over and above for an elderly couple that I overheard. When they didn't understand their card she explained how it worked and talked to the main office to get them the help with their points so they could go forward without loosing their bonus. I have to applaud Shari's for hiring a manager like her and for helping customers. It is the core of a great customer service criteria to walk the talk as was done in this instance. Kudos to Sybil and Kudos to Shari's.
