Our waitress (Dawn) is always so pleasant and attentive! We appreciate great customer service as it is not always present at some other restaurants that we visit.

our server was the star of the show. she was gracefully running the dinning room. making sure that all the tables were satisfied. she remained pleasant and friendly as well as taking the time to listen to my 4 and 6 year old order their meal. she treated even the difficult table next to us respectfully and went above and beyond in her performance. her name is Shara A. and in my personal opinion she is what makes this shari's the place i bring my kids.

THE FOOD WAS MADE RIGHT AND WAS HOT. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN.

The waiter was clean and professional He gave us enough time to decided what we wanted to order. When we ordered he asked if there was anything we needed while waiting for our food We ordered coffee and he kept our cup full. The food was very tasty. We will be back to another lunch/dinner.

We received excellent service, perhaps due to light business in the pre dinner rush hour. Even so we had a good experience.

Ubiquitous Steve makes having breakfast a very pleasant experience. Steve seems to be everywhere at once, bussing tables, greeting customers, taking orders, and having nice conversations with everyone - Amazing Steve is what he should be titled.
