the food was delicious and at great prices. i love the rewards card also. i find myself coming to sharis more because of it. and our waitress was phenomenal, Sybil. she brings us extra napkins when we really needed them without us even having to ask. she observes her customers and gets them what they need and she is fast at it.

Steph was our waitress. She was very vriendly and did her job very well. We had some specific orders and non of that was a problem. We would definitely come back here!

Again, we come to the Gresham, Oregon, Shari's location simply because of your server, Sybil. She is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and her customer service is top-notch! She is like a friend to us!

The service was great and so was the server. On the way out to pay I told the cashier my check in number (791) and said I am saving points and after she rang things up, she did not give me a receipt. I looked at her puzzled. She told me because I use phone check in, I get no receipt and points will show later. No points yet. Chk# 3285 Jul14 1022am Total $23.57. My phone number 503-881-6237 Q Madp

We go to the Gresham, Oregon, Shari's and always have excellent customer service from our favorite server, Sybil. She is absolutely fabulous at what she does and is an extreme asset to the Shari's team. We go to this location simply because of her. The manager, Karri, is also wonderful. She has helped us with a couple of service issues now (food and other server) in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner beyond our expectations. In both Sybil and Karri, you have wonderful assets to your corporation. We appreciate them immensely. Thank you.
