Our waiter was on top of everything. Very impressed

The reason we were highly satisfied with our visit was because of our waiter, Joseph. He is an amazing individual who always treats everyone with so much respect and care. I have never seen such wonderful service and I hope that his future is bright with your company because you are lucky to have such a great team member. I know that if my husband and I owned a business that involved any type of customer service we would be trying to poach him from you! Thank you for such a great experience every visit!

Everyone was friendly. Food was good. Coffee was not as hot as it could be. overall a good experience.

My husband and I have been going to this Shari's for several years and have nearly always had a very pleasant experience. When we don't have a good experience at ANY business, we just don't go back. The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. By the way, we have always enjoyed the food, too.

I love the team! I go to Shari's for breakfast most mornings and am always warmly greeted. They have my food ready in minutes and constantly check up on me.
