Everything was to long in waiting for the food. Once we received the order on one meal, it was missing part of the order. When we asked about it the waitress said she would check and let us know that they were out of that particular item. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time and able to change the order if we wanted to. They were very busy so that is what we chalked it up to!

This Shari's has serious issues with staff. Not enough turnover has made for complacency. The staff run it according to their convenience. Not rude, but not sincere. A.M. is worse. It's a truck stop mentality. Of two sandwiches, they were both wrong. Poorly handled.
