We were sat by one gal, drinks ordered by another gal and ordered actual food by a 3rd gal. None of them came back during our meal to ask if we needed anything. While another couple was being seated right behind us, before they sat they were asking how to get lottery tickets our waitress ignored us, which we needed more gravy, and it was not hot.

It just seemed like only one lady was doing everything. Seating People, Getting Drinks, Taking Orders, Checking People Out....etc.... She was kind just rushed and we were a bit neglected and some things delayed. Not sure maybe they were short handed it was around 4:00-5:10pm on a Tuesday.

Didn't get my order right

The host was very welcoming. The waitress seemed to immediately change her service when she realized I just wanted an afternoon snack and place to work on homework. I picked a time when it wouldn't be busy so that I wouldn't tie up a table doing homework. I felt unwelcome and the portion was small for a 5.99 shake. It was advertised with the container it is mixed in. It was runny and not flavorful

One of the dishes had cold potatoes, and did not come with the dinner roll or vegetables. Both dishes did not come with the soup or salad. When we brought it to the cashier's attention, all she did was take off the price of one of our drinks.

Could have been better. Fries were undercooked, still kind of raw. Bun was hard.

Very slow service and not very at tentative. We had had to ask for our drinks, order and check. Staff did not seem interested in working for the company.

Time to receive food took a bit too long

Our server was very nice and did not make us wait, however her shift was over, so I paid with my credit card,and as we continued to eat our pie and drink hot cocoa, no one ever came by to offer more cocoa or water, all $ of our waters were never served and our cocoa was out, the next waitress would walk by and glare and ignore us, so I would never allow her to serve me again. I am a manager and business owner, what ever her name was, I remember faces and would never hire her to even clean my bathrooms. THe server that left was very well mannered, but did not bring us any water, however, she was a great candidate for proper server ettiquette

1. After we were seated and our beverage order was taken the people in the booth next to our table, that had been seated before us, had to ask the server if she was ready to take their drink order yet. 2. When the waitress refilled my drink, MT dew with no straw,and my wife's drink, Pepsi with a straw. when she came back the glasses were reversed and apparent that they were not clean glassed, just our previous ones refilled. I could tell because of my wife's lipstick.
