Shari's

It took to long to take our order, there was no soup available, no one checked on us initially for 20 minutes, the French toast was overcooked. This isn't the first time it's an ongoing problem with the tome it takes to take the order or resources the food and the food is typically like warm to cold although tonite the food was hot only because we ordered breakfast..

a After ordering the "pulled pork nachos" , thinking it would be good, i learned better. That is one thing that should have NEVER been on the menu!!! It was cold by the time I received it and had no/bland taste. this has been my worst time at Shari's. I have eaten at plenty of Shari's over the years all with good experiences.

I came in for an advertised 2 for $25 promotion, asked the server if it was still going on. Was told yes and brought a list of included menu options to choose from. When we got our check it was not rang up at the promotional price, none of the staff available at checkout were able to correct the price, and I ended up having to pay full price. Apparently a code was needed and no one knew it, and I was not told or asked at the beginning that a coupon was needed. The food was good and staff were friendly, I just feel the promotion and staff were misleading..

We arrived and immediately heard comments about the poor service. We were promptly seated. We waited at least 10-15 minutes for menus. Waited another 10-15 minutes for our order to be taken. My meal came with a choice of soup or salad. I ordered soup. It was not delivered until my meal was served. Our other meal was luke warm.. The waitress never came back until we had completed out meals. We had to go the the register to get our bill so that we could pay and get out of there. The waitress commented that she was just getting ready to bring it to us. I doubt that were about to happen. She had been in a B.S. session with another waitress for better that 5 minutes. Others had to do the same. The whole operation seemed to be very disorganized and pretty much dysfunctional. I am 73 years old and have been around a bit. This experience has to rate as one of the worst that I have had misfortune of encountering. Until now I have always enjoyed my visit to Sharis.

One of the new servers ignored our table, even after passing by multiple times. I even called "excuse me" as she was passing by and was still ignored.

My chicken was raw and there were hardly and fries and tater tots on our plate.

There was multiple reasons, first took long for our food to arrive, next our dishes were not cleared away until another waitress past by, second we had to get up and asked for our slice of pie and for a refill of our water. And finally, the cashier didn't apply a promotional code that was going on that day. I overhead him applying it to multiple customers that if you spend $20 you get $5 off, which I thought he would apply it automatically to me too without me mentioning it since he was offering it to everyone else. I didn't realize he didn't until after I paid and left, which by then I was fed up with this place and didn't go back to get it corrected. Never Will I go to that Sharis

When we walked in the gal asked me how many and I told her then she just walked off. It wasn't till she stopped at a booth and set menus down did we realize we were supposed to follow her. The restaurant was filthy. The windows were dirty, the floor was dirty, the carpet looked like it needed to be replaced a couple years ago. nothing has been dusted in a couple years. We were very disappointed in this Shari's I can tell you we will NEVER return to this restaurant,

Fruit dish was unacceptable quality.

restaurant is run down. Tables, bathrooms,floors filthy. Food on the floor,tables and seats. bathroom floors not clean. carpet,doors worn. quality,freshness of food lower than any other shari's I've been to.
