This day, I believe they were understaffed. The waiters tried, you could tell they were stressed. People were getting thier own silverware and coffee. I would like to say, this is the dirtest cafe around, unfortunately our little town is limited so we still go there. Bathrooms are disguiting, most gas station restrooms Ive been in are cleaner. Broken tile with filth. Even the back of the toilets were filthy like it had been months since cleaning. I would recommend some suprise visits from the corporate office. It makes me cringe to think how clean the kitchen might be with how dirty the rest of the place is. Would love to have it be a nice clean cheerful place to go, because we do like the food. For the most part, the staff is very nice and accomodating. This day was an exception with the bad service. Please...Please...Please...clean it up!!!!!!!!!!

took my grandson out for dinner his was great he ordered one of the burgers, I order strawberry waffles. Picture looked great with whole strawberries what i got was sliced with syrup had to take over half off middle was soggy, waitress never came over and ask how things where if everything was okay or would have sent it back ate all of it but wasn't happy never left tip and I always do.

The ham didn't taste like ham and the eggs tasted fake. The pancakes felt reheated.

I ordered the surf and turf dinner and soup and salad did not come with the meal. Also the price of the soup and or salad with very overpriced. I ordered my steak med. rare and it came well done.

This is the second time ordering prime rib, both times I ordered it rare and was given med cooked,both times I was offered another one cooked but still wasent rare like I requested, but ate it cause I was hungry. This last time I orderered the waitress brought out our dinner and I told her that I ordered it rare and her reply was Im just bringing it out for you (as the order was took by another waiter. zThe wairess could have left me the rest of my food while I waited for the prime rib to be recooked.! The cook needs to be trained on what rare is.

Order was wrong. Took over 45 minute to receive order When told order was wrong was not offered to replace it or discount it. When you are out to celebrate your anniversary & receive this type of service it really is dishearting.

I ordered the pancakes with fresh raspberries and whipped cream topping, per the picture on the menu. What I received was pancakes smothered with some type of berry puree...no fresh berries, no whipped cream. The puree tasted nothing like raspberries...likely canned and frozen thawed. There were eggs, bacon and hashbrowns on the side. The eggs were fine, but the bacon was dripping with grease, and laid on top of the hashbrowns, which soaked up the bacon grease. I've had decent meals at Sharis, but this was truly disgusting. I'll attach a photo of the pancakes if you'd like...compare it with the picture in the menu.

Our waitress checked on us once during our meal and when we she finally did we told her we would like to order desert. She said alright and went over took someone elses order, made their drinks and then began doing something else. At this point we had been done eating for 30 minutes and still had empty glasses that needed refilled and empty plates that were yet to be collected. The entire point of our trip was for pie and we ended up leaving before we even got to order because our waitress did not come back after we told her we wanted to order dessert. Our kids were very disappointed but we had an appointment we had to be at and could not continue to sit and wait for our waitress to come take our order. I also had to get up and get our own dessert menu so we could even see what they had to offer. Food was very good but service made the experience less than desirable.

this sharis is always cutting food portions. i ordered bacon and only got 2 pieces. when i asked about it server said it was a mistake and then brought me another piece. however i have had the same problem with fries when i order cheeseburger and with side salads. they are always cutting portion sizes but then when you mention it they say it was a mistake and then bring more. Bringing me 2 pieces of bacon instead of three is not a mistake but a deliberate action. if there was another 24 hour resturant nearby I would never go to this sharis
