Shari's

Came into Shari's not feeling all that great. Food was bland and not that visually appealing (browned butter looks OK on pasta but not on eggs) But your waitress Aimee made me feel like I was dining at the Ritz Carlton. She was attentive but not annoying, looking at the eggs she asked me if they were OK, I said yes fine. She continued to check on me with a big smile. Everyone she spoke to she showed she really liked her job and her customers. Great job from Aimee, she saved my day! Great job to the person who was smart enough to hire her.

The meal was well prepared and was hot when she brought it out to us. She did my order exactly how I ordered it and asked if I needed anything else. My coffee was hot and she brought me a refill when I asked for it.

The members were cheerful and friendly. The food was prepared in a very timely manner. Most of all our waitress was friendly and a real joy to deal with. I eat out a lot and our waitress was exceptional at her job.

The girls were busy. A ton of people walked in at once. The manager was our waitress. She did AMAZING! Helping the other customers and her staff. Thank you Melissa!!!!

I liked the feel of the restaurant, the great attitude of the cashier and the waitress, the quality of the food. Everything tasted very good. The waitress stopped by our table often to see if we needed anything else.

The waitress, Frances, gave outstanding service and did with a smile. It was Christmas day and the restaurant was very busy, but she was up to the task. She is a valueable asset to Sharis.

Our waitress Judy was very respectful and kind. She did not mess up our order and was very active with our drinks. She told us the opportunity we could have if we register for Sharis. An all around great server.

I’ve never been unhappy with service or food at Shari’s Restaurant. The employees always pleasant. The cost of meals is affordable.

Manager and waitresses were just EXCELLENT with customer service in spite of being short on cooks, they all pulled together as a team and just were exceptional and rocked it out of the park!!!

I meet a friend at a Sharis every two weeks. Every time the service and food is excellent. The waitresses are very friendly and expedient with our food.
