The food is always what we order and prepared as expected. Service is always great. People have been very friendly and smiling.

The service was exceptional. The waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and made suggestions to help us make our meal better. The music was good and the entire staff was smiling, which made our dining experience a pleasant one. We enjoyed our meal so much that we will definitely return again.

The food was hot and delicious. Our server ( Christina) was very quick. And everything was clean

My waitress was really sweet, and attentive. My fish was over cooked, but I was going to eat it anyway because I don't like to complain. She could tell I wasn't enjoying it & immediately fixed the problem. The next plate was perfect. She did an awesome job & knows her stuff!

My family comes to Sharis all the time and we will definitely be coming again. We were very impressed with Lulu as our waitress. She let us know that it was her second day, but I don't believe it! She was phenomenal :) She continuously checked up on us and refilled our waters multiple times. Thank you to all the team members who made our visit wonderful.

My server Rebecca was so refreshing and positive. Genuinely wanted to hear my thoughts about my food experience here. Made excellent menu suggestions. It was a nice and very pleasant meal time which I sorely needed after a tough couple days. Also observed her kindness and patience with other customers. She offered them all the same great smile and uplifting conversation. She showed no change in her attitude between a happy or irritable customer. You have a gem of an employee with Rebecca. I will always feel confident and comfortable bringing any of my friends here, plus your food is ALWAYS GREAT at an incredibly good price. Thank you for your excellent service and staff!!! I've been in customer service roles for 20+ years and speak from experience.

Our server Goldy was very attentive and quick to refill our drinks. This Shari's restaurant was much better than the other locations. No gossip behind our back!
