Our server Roxane was so wonderful to have! She was very attentive, extremely personable, and went out of her way to make sure we were good. Her example should be used for other new teammates to model after as she well represents how I would want them to act and help customers.

Hello, my server, Reina, was very good and attentive. The hostess and manager were also very good. I enjoyed my meal very much, and the food was excellent.

atmosphere is great

Kevin was the server, he was excellent. Made sure my drink was filled, took my order and dropped it off quickly. I understand things are sometimes busy during late night when there aren't as many people working, but Kevin made the best of it and I appreciate it. 10/10 would return again.

Excellent and prompt service, tasty food.

The food at this location is great. The service is fantastic four the most part. Carly our server was prompt, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. However, our service slowed down when a semi-racist( Female) client needed something done for her. The manager went to deal with it and their conversation was mostly within earshot. The lady was feeling uncomfortable being near an African American customer. I'm not sure what all happened but it looked like they asked the Male customer to leave or step outside. My husband was outside taking a call when the gentleman walked out. He looked clearly upset and shaking asking for a light. My husband didn't have one, he came inside we paid and we left. It wasn't until we exchanged our odd encounters that we even realized what happened. I am very upset about this for many reasons. I hope something is done about this. I will be making a call to corporate about this after the holidays.

Shari's on 185th and Cornell is like visiting a friend's kitchen-warm, cozy, and comfortable. It is my go-to place lately because I can always count on staff to be attentive to my needs. I usually ask for a pot of coffee, and it is there within 1 mn, 2, if there is a crowd like this past Sunday. server 16728, whose name escapes me at the moment-if top notch and always has a smile, even when Shari's has every table full. Kudos!

The service and food were amaing

Goldie you rock I came in to a madhouse and for whatever reason you new I needed food to go and how you explained the roast beef(potroast) you had my mouth watering! I do work in the restaurant industry and I know the importance of customer service,I see why your a supervisor , intelligence with a touch of compassion hard to find these days. This is the best Sharis! Our waitress was fantastic! Super fast and helpful! I wish all Sharis were anywhere close to as good as this one! Thank you for the great service! It really made the meal!
