The food was done quite well despite it being late at night.

Usually our server Robert is GREAT!! Although on March 17th our server was Michael and an older man was there, I think a manager? Since you have such a time limit on this I will THIS time just say , server did seem to be awfully busy although did not look to be alot of people in there. So, took way to long for service,got a piece of unordered pie sort of slung on table, ignored 5.00 shari's credit, Awfull nite almost thought not going back find somewhere else! Decided try again and Robert was there so great service again! Like to not come when Michael and Scott are there if at all possible!!!!!!

My server was so kind it blew my mind. I am celiac and he was kind enough to run back and tell the kitchen and I have never had a server do that before. I normally do not enjoy going out to eat because it is very stressful for me because of my allergy but he made it so nice and easy. I wish i could give hi m a hug because it really meant the world to me.

I always love Shari's! I worked for one briefly and I understand how it all runs back there, and it makes me appreciate the kindness I always receive from the staff. Every location I've visited has treated me well. In Tanasbourne, Shane is often our server at night and he is delightful, but recently the lovely Jeff has served us too. Everyone who works here is friendly and reasonably timely, nothing I've ever been concerned about. Pie shakes have a way of taking time to get out, but I understand how that is. I'm not bothered if they don't become top priority, they are a little tedious indeed. Service is top notch as always.

The female waitress we had the pleasure of meeting today was very nice and was a delight to be served by. She gave off a very positive happy vibe and it made the experience satisfying. Her awareness of when the water needed to be refilled, removed dirty dishes from table right away, and her remembering about my piece of pie that i wanted boxed, was all ready to go when we were ready to leave. The timing was perfect and it gave the restaurant a nice flow.
