Shari's

The Tanasbourne location never fails me in terms of service. Still average diner quality food (Benedict wasn't runny) but far from upsetting. Staff is always a treat.

Friend and I realize since it was Thanksgiving the restaurant would be busy. We had a female server who was waiting on us, she really well. She said that she was waiting for a blonde hair young man to relieve her because the blonde hair person who was to take her table was one hour late. When she told us that he has final showed up, not anytime after that did we get service from this blonde hair young man. When my friend asked in a loud voice if he was our server, the blonde hair server said he was not and that he would find out who it was. My friend was more irate than I was about the situation since no one came to check on how we were doing. I was uncomfortable since no came over until my raised his voice then a man with pony tail a manager was nice enough to come over to assist.

We wandered into Shari's because it was open on Thanksgiving day, and we decided to drive around and see what was open for lunch. Our server was the nicest guy--genuinely nice, not fake like servers tend to be. You had this feast of a platter of turkey dinner on special, and it included pie! Everything tasted great, like it always does. We felt like got away with something, stumbling on a very good meal that we didn't have to cook.

It was Thanksgiving and wait time was minimal. The staff worked efficiently and were friendly. The minute guests left a table, it was cleared and ready for the next guest. The waitresses were cheerful and acted as if they really wanted to be there. You had your A-team working today. The food was a great value but what would bring us back would be your employees. Our waitress should be training other Shari's stores employees on the techniques she used during our visit. It was a pleasant surprise.

We are from out of town without a place for breakfast and thank goodness, you were open! A huge thank you to all of the employees who worked that day. Our server, ROXANNE, was excellent. She also was cheerful and made us feel like family on this Thanksgiving day.

This is our favorite Sharis. We love the staff. We had Goldy as a server, and she was terrific. We love the food that Ray puts out in the kitchen, and Ryan and Becca are great managers.
