Toast completely cold. Big gob of butter smeared in middle and not spread out. Toast was so cold, the butter did not melt at all

I was actually highly satisfied by most of the things

Seemed to be understaffed for how busy it was.

My side of bacon was Dripping with grease. The hashbrowns were over done so that I had trouble separating a bite with my Fork. I like variety of jelly with my toast and more of it.

I have not eaten yet. We just got here. Mozzarella sticks are free if I do this.

We were very satisfied.

This was not the best visit that we had. We didn’t like how the skillet meal was greasy and left a residue on the plate. We also didn’t appreciate that we didn’t get any water refills during our visit until we were ready to leave. I understand that it was busy but at the same time, customers are first priority.

Inattentiveness of team member. Not listening. Ignored request to order desert by walking away. Had to wait for someone to come by.

Toast was cold with a gob of unmelted butter on the cold toast. Omelet was made with liquid eggs, which I was not informed of. That should state on the menu. I will order 'cracked eggs' next time.

Texture of the chicken was rubbery. Took a long time for meal to come. Overall just average. Fries were good. Server was acceptable.
