It was understaffed and everything took longer due to being understaffed. The staff that was there were GREAT. Just not enough of them to handle the demand. Needs management attention.

Mainly because the food felt a little rushed in preparation. I certainly was still satisfied as the food was good enough. It though didn't wow me to want to eat that particular dish again (w/ the exception of the season special soup of Butternut Squash, wow.)

But I was highly satisfied and must have made a typo earlier on in this survey. Everything was very good and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

I checked your site online and it said that any Shari's would transfer my Honored Citizen card/account to your Shari's Club, indicating that the Honored Citizen would be subsumed under Shari's Cafe Club. The cashier was not sure that she could do it. She then told me that she did transfer it over, and handed me a short slip that indicated my points and a $5 off entree that expires 2017-10-31. I said I'd like to use the $5 off credit. She ran my credit card, and it wasn't until we had left the restaurant that I discovered that the $5 off coupon had not been applied. Not a huge deal - a minor disappointment, but because it expires in 5 days we're not likely to be able to use it. And, I received an email that says I have a $5 off reward, but that does not indicate any expiration date. It would be useful to know if there's a date on it. Also, am I supposed to get a Shari's Cafe Club card to replace the onored Citizen card?

Shari's has changed the type of fries they cook. We're gluten free (sensitive, not allergic) and the new fries are coated - disappointing change! Our chicken bacon burger didn't have the bacon on it and the tomato used was green - couldn't eat it. (we brought our own gluten-free bun) The only fruit used in place of toast on my granddaughter's breakfast is melon which she doesn't like, well, it had one piece of pineapple. What happened to grapes and strawberries for color, taste and texture? Much more appealing! My grandson's mini-burgers were squished? It just seemed like the cheap ingredients or easy way instead of right way was used by the kitchen staff. The waitress scolded us for not telling her the bacon was missing - not very comfortable, but she did take the amount off, but seemed like an imposition to her. Thanks for listening!

I order pot roast dish, the flavor was not what I was expecting, too much gravy. My daughter other wise was soo please with her hamburguer.

the baked potato was undercooked, but we didn't have time to address that with staff. DO note the wait staff was GREAT, bringing plenty of water and very attentive!

My Mexi Skillet was overcooked. Usually it's pretty good, so I don't know why today was different. Not enough to send back, but not as good as typical.
