I always feel the food is overpriced for what you get; sometimes the portion sizes seem small compared to what you get at other places for the same price. I do love the stuffed hash browns though and, if it weren't for that, I'd probably select other places nearly every time I have a choice to eat at Shari's or elsewhere. I also like free pie Wednesdays.

I wanted blue cheese dressing but I got honey mustard instead and by the time the server returned to our table I was already full because it took a while.

i feel you charge too much for your coffee and soda beverages, i know coffee still only costs about 7 to 10 cents a cup to brew,,,, bring back 25 cent cup of coffee and advertise that,,, bet you will get a lot of up swing in people coming into your locations,,,,,,, and if McDonald can do it,, you can,,, and this way you would out do them,,,,,,

The pie was fantastic. My family of 7 come every year on PI day. we always have a great time regardless of the lousy service. It has been a family tradition for 6 years now. Because the service has never been very good we have come to expect it. It took 15 minuets for our server to come by once we were seated to greet us. We were not even given a menu. Like I said, we expected it ...we will be back next year for more pie though.
