Shari's

The staff were very friendly. Only was slightly dissatisfied with taste of soup. The tomato bisque tasted like it could have came from a can - nothing special about it. Other than that the pancake dish was delicious and enjoyed by my guest.

I was highly satisfied.

It takes way to long to receive your food from this Shari's, once it is ordered.

we had just left the hospital ER, it was late, wanted something to eat, say a burger,,,,, your service is OK,, but coffee still only cost 7-8 dollars a pound where i can buy it ad you surely you can buy at least that well,,, that comes out to 10 cents a cup,,,, your burgers while GOOD. cost nearly twice what we pay at other places we go to eat and since your "accountants" started to manage inventory we have OFTEN THIS LAST YEAR not been able to get your Friday night special,, or the pie that is being highlighted that month, a large part of why we go to shari's less less often now,, and when we did this time we were impressed by the new menus with the PRICES INCREASED

There was a little debate on how to use the incentive but it was resolved to my satisfaction. The waitress was very nice and professional.

It always seems to take a long time to place my order and receive my food.

Nothing

The reason my mother and I chose the steak entrees that we chose was because they came with onion rings. The server did not tell us that they were out of onion rings when we ordered. She also did not tell us when she served our food. We noticed that they were missing after she left our table. When we called her back, she said, "Oh, I asked the kitchen and they said they were out." She hadn't told us this before or when she served the food and she made no offer to substitute something else, so when we finished eating we were still hungry.

The waiter was fairly new and tho he did a good job with the orders, he didn't know some things about the menu that someone in my group asked

Waitress was absent minded, pre-occupied. Never checked on our meal or offered to or refilled our drinks. One meal included a slice of pie, she did not offer the other party if they wanted dessert also. Had to ask her for a box for left overs as she was oblivious to our needs. She even tried to give us our bill, twice. This is really surprising as there were no customers, just a couple of solo beings at the bar.
