This is second time with same waitress that I had to ask for the "pot' of coffee. I'm a heavy coffee drinker and I ran out and had to wait to get more. Usually they automatically bring the small pot with the coffee. That is one of the reasons I like Sheris. If your policy is changing, I'll go to Elmers down the street!

We ordered a pick up to go. My steak was ordered to be cooked at medium, and instead was very well done. They told us 20 minutes, we got there in 15, were made to wait for 15 minutes, and our order was cold when we received it. The pie was delicious though. Two thumbs up for that.

It was Mother's Day very crowded. They gave us small water glasses when empty & not refilled I went looking for water. She said to sit down they would come & refill.

It's not that I was not happy. I understand I'm not going to a steak place for a prime rib. But the sauce was just bland and the the RB was not blacken! I will come for the Pie and breakfast at anytime, thanks by the way.

Our server, Jeffry was very kind, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive. The food was mostly good. As Shari's is a diner, we do not expect 5 star quality food. And for a diner, the food was good, with the exception of the vegetables, which were ice cold in the middle. This has happened before. Honestly, it didn't disrupt our meal enough for us to even mention to Jeffry, who undoubtedly would have done his best to rectify the issue. That being said, if there is something causing a consistent quality issue with the food, that should probably be addressed. The pie, however, was delicious, as always. That is one thing we can always count on!

Ordered the bacon morning start breakfast panini, but the panini had no bacon on it. Jasmine quickly handled it by offering me a free piece of pie. I really would have preferred the food to come out as promised by the menu (at least to contain all the ingredients).

It was not like the flavor of the food we fix at home. It was good for a restaurant.
