Shari's

Our server talked WAY TOO MUCH!!!! She kept interrupting while we were placing our order and making suggestions as if she knew what we would like better than we did. She was annoying and rude.

I thought it was fine ..

Turkey in my Hot Turkey Sand was not hot.

Food could have been a little hotter

Service was pretty slow. Some of our fries were lukewarm but others nice and hot. Staff was friendly

/soup and vegetables were not hot Some confusion with the order because we split it

Had order to go, saw that my order was ready, but had to wait for 2 customers (who already ate) to pay for theirs...they even gave me my order before they helped the 2nd customer. Onion rings were soggy. Decided to get entrees because of free pie Wednesday...was charged for both pies. Since this was the deciding factor in choosing Shari's in the first place, I will probably never order an entree at Shari's again. Even though I will still probably buy pies from you still...I don't see the purpose of ordering anything else from you again, so the survey gift seems rather useless to me.

Is it because I dine alone? I don't get napkins and eating utensils with my order. I sit there drinking my coffee and look longingly at my pie. I can't catch anyone's attention. This has happened at two different times by the same server. All of this waiting, waiting, waiting around for the utensils, the check, etc. Hey, I don't want to spend an hour just for pie. A half an hour to eat and go!

We got the sampler platter and the mozzarella sticks were so poorly made that there was no longer any cheese inside them by the time we got them and the fries were very bland.
