The fish & chips was not fresh. There was no tartar sauce when the order was brought we did not have the waitress on time to request and taeted the food it was very bad, so we did not even have to request for the tartar sauce after all. Service was slow, we waited for water refill for a long time. Waitress was nice just too busy with other table.

Turnaround following meal.

If I don't want my waffles & syrup served on my eggs & hashbrowns I have to ask for a plate; if I don't want my fries thrown all over my sandwich, I have to ask for a plate. If I want mustard on my sandwich I have to apply it myself. If your cook's time & cost of washing dishes is more important than your customer's convenience, then so be it. Our company can have our mtgs elsewhere. It is also impossible for one person to have a one hour meal even at 9:30 am.

The scramble eggs were okay, to much cheese and was not flavored very good. I think spanish leaves in it would of been better and healthy.

There was some sort of liquid dripping from the ceiling onto the table. When we looked at the ceiling to see where it was coming from, we noticed the ceiling is covered with cobwebs. Definitely unappealing.

After the food was served the waitress did not come back to see if I needed any thing. Even thoough you give me a small pitcher with coffee the waitress should come back and see if it needs to be refilled. Your prices are way to high. You should hasve an earl bird or a special like you use to have. I was about ready to get up and leave and the waitress finally came over and I had to ask for more coffee even though it should have been a no brainer since I had the coffee pot unscrewed and set at the end of the table.

The guy who was manning the cash register was also doing other things, and was really slow. I waited as 3rd in line for 10 minutes (and the people 1st in line said they had been waiting for over 15 minutes, and hadn't even been acknowledged yet). I was finally helped when another employee came up and started manning the other register. At the time she came up to help, then entire lobby was full of people who were waiting to pay, not waiting to be seated. This did not leave me with a good impression of this location; I have experienced what I consider fairly slow service at most locations I have been to, but never this bad. I am likely to want to go to another location rather than coming here again.

The food was not very hot. I ordered the Honored steak cooked medium and it was very undone. Waitress removed the steak from the plate and had it re-done. Unfortunately after you wait for the steak, the meal is not the same. My wife had ordered a sesame salad and what she got was a garden salad with some sesame on it. She was told this is the way it is being done? Usually we are very satisfied with this restaurant.

My first waiter was an older black gentlemen, whom I've had as my waiter in the past, and he's AWESOME.. great waiter. But, once he left I was left to a heavyset waitress (receipt says 350181 Goldy?) who was completely rude, abrupt, didn't come take my order for LITERALLY an hour and a half, took 20 minutes to bring me the smoothie (by then warm) I ordered, heavily set my smoothie AND receipt down, never even asking if I was done or ready for my receipt, and TWICE I said thank you, because I thought maybe she didn't hear me the first time.. Well she definitely heard... And didn't respond not a single word.. Absolutely rude and a bad taste/vibe for this otherwise perfectly comfortable and friendly Sharis location! I would consider moving Miss "Goldy" to a day shift... Or the dish pit!
