Out of stuffing & pumpkin pie, food barely warm, sent back twice, turkey & ham put on grill to heat up & the turkey tasted awful. however the waitress was great!!

When atention was brought to the incorrect preparation of my eggs, I was told that my eggs were in fact "over medium ". I ordered over medium eggs. I've eaten them prepared this way my entire adult life. I've never had them this undercooked (runny whites). I didn't need to be told that I was wrong about eggs. They are just eggs. Thanks for listening. PS tell godly, nice try. Figure out how eggs are cooked, you earn more tips.

I ordered a BBQ Bacon Burger to go. The burger came without bacon or BBQ sauce. Also - I receive very few tots with both of my orders.

I was disappointed with my food order. It was not at all what i expected. This was an order that is always advertised so i wanted to try it and it wasnt all that great....sorry

Our server was great. But, my husband's platter was missing the hashbrowns (which appeared when he was more than mid meal), my hashbrowns and eggs were barely warm, and my bacon was undercooked. The late hashbrowns were soaking in oil and the size of a half portion.When we paid our bill we used a coupon for second meal $3.99. Instead she took $3.99 off. We left without questioning the coupon because the person helping us was more concerned with another customer who was returning a pie. This was disappointing since we usually enjoy our meals at this location.

The coffee was old and burned tasting, since the waitress only checked with me once i was never able to get a fresh one. The fruit was old and mildew and fermented, By the time she came over my food was sold and i just wanted to pay and leave.

My son and I met my husband after running to some stores. Waitress took forever to see if we wanted anything. She just took my drink order and ignored my son. We were going to order food and pie but she never came back. It wasn't even remotely busy.

We had placed an order to go, when I picked up the food we thought all was well. The food was cold, the sandwich i ordered the cook put the tater tots which were overcooked on top of the sandwich. It caused it to get soggy and did not taste good, The burger we ordered was also cold. The staff person that rang me out told me that they were short staffed. One of the worst meals we have had to go at Sharis in a long time

Let me preface this by saying that I do not like to fill out surveys....I just vote with my feet and don't go back. I don't want to cause grief for the restaurant staff. We were just passing through town, but had passed some Sheri's enroute. The external appearance was very inviting so we stopped. Issues.... - first appearance is that several of the booth/tables had not been bussed. Bad first impression. - the greeting was late and the seating was somewhat slow - the server came by....and was having a "bad week" - the food was delivered in an adequate time - the signature baked potato soup was a bit on the cool side, but not enough to send it back - I went to the restroom.....only to find the urinal taped over and out of service -when I returned to the booth the one next to us was completely full of a good looking meal, but had been totally untouched -I made a comment about was it "help yourself"..in an attempt at a bit of humor -I was told that the folks in the booth had just gotten up and left due to a long wait before being served. - So as a first time visitor to only one store...I certainly do not have a positive impression. - First impression are lasting......

We almost walked out after waiting five minutes to be seated (or even acknowledged). We almost left again after waiting ten or fifteen minutes to order our beverages and food. The beer selection was laughable, the food was mediocre at best, served lukewarm, and bland. The pie and coffee, I must admit, were good. No soda refills were offered to our dining companions, and I don't think our server even returned to check in on us. The place was dead empty, with maybe five tables seated. Then finally, my cashier was unfriendly and seemed to care nothing for her guests. I have been in retail and service for over two decades, and this customer service was some of the worst I've ever seen. I have managed stores with more customer care while training entirely new crews. This was, quite simply, the last time I'll step foot into this establishment.
