Our server, Stacy, had a bad attitude. The menu item I ordered, and had ordered many times before, came to me with French onions all over the top of it. I have had this dish many, many, times, and it has never, never, been served this way before. Stacy insisted that it ALWAYS came this way, and I told her that in the 2 years I had been ordering it, this was a first. She insisted that I was wrong, and told me in the future, I should tell the server no French onions on top. She was very flip, and insisted that I was wrong. I wasn't. I can even give the names of servers I have ordered it from in the past, and I have never had to specify this. Stacy needs an attitude adjustment, and we will go to another Shari's location in the future. It's too bad, because this one was always our favorite location, but of late, they have lost some really good servers.

The wonderful crepes have been removed from the menu! We do not care for the new menu changes.

My wife and I normally eat at Shari's 5 to 8 times per month and eat from your breakfast menu nearly always. We have been disappointed in your food selection since the menu change. We tried Elmer's today and preferred the selections there, we will probably go there from now on.

This is the first time we have ever had an issue with the food & it was BAD. Ordered ham & eggs with hash browns simple enough. Hash browns were the smallest portion I have had anywhere, 1/2 cup maybe. The cook should never send out ham that is blackened and dry as shoe leather. Wife's eggs benedict also had blackened and dry canadian bacon and eggs were cooked solid hard with only a dribble of sauce that didn't cover the egg. Not the waitress fault so why take it out on her she was great. We will be back but as a caution, like bad service a bad cook will ruin a good reputation fast. I know its not the Hilton but!

One order was for a hamburger without special sauce on it (just dry buns), but it came with the sauce anyway. The waitress was apologetic and offered a hamburger without the sauce. By then the sauce was mostly scraped off. She offered a free piece of pie to compensate, we accepted. She, Karen, was a wonderful waitress. The cook staff doesn't follow through. When leaving to pay the bill, I asked the staff person if she could get me a bag to carry out the pie and leftovers after paying the bill. I paid the bill and she walked away and started preparing some salads and going around to the tables asking customers if they needed anything else. Another staff member came up to me and he asked if I neede something. I told him my situation and got my bag. I asked him if he could get my receipt, but he had to find the person who checked me out for it. What a bother all this was. Please instruct your employees better.

I ordered several dishes and the order was inaccurate on 2 dishes. I got the potato pancakes with no onions and there was onions also I did not get the cinnamon apples. I also ordered the chicken Alfredo and there was no chicken on the dish or side of bread. I ordered the meals to go and did not realize the mistakes until I got to my destination and I could not go back to the restaurant to fix it.

The restaurant was nearly empty. It took too long to be seated with my 4 and 7 year olds. Once the order was placed the food never came. I found our waitress who was waiting my the grill counter and inquired. She then brought the children's food and promised mine would be there shortly. It did arrive after another wait.

First of all, please consider a promotion for Robert (our waiter). My boyfriend and I received excellent service and he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. However, our food was delivered by Scott, the manager. When I had a misunderstanding with the menu Scott was very condensending and rude. He never apologized for the misunderstanding and told me what I had ordered (the caprese burger) was a salad only option. I would like to share my entire experience, but I only have 1,200 characters. Our name was crossed off of the wait list and another group were seated in our stead. We then watched several other groups of the same size come and go. When we brought this to the hostess' attention, they merely shrugged. We may be the wrong color to dine at this Shari's.

Had a dirty glass, with dried chunks on it. The water also had red chunks floating in it. Received new glass/water after bringing it to staffs attention.
