The prime rib stroganoff had to look much fat. Plus there are too much onions. Not enough mushrooms. The chicken fettucini had no mushrooms, chicken tasted like it was just reheated, very bland. I have been a customer for since 1993. I am very disappointed in how much you have changed. You used to have good quality food.

The food did not look good. Taste was below average. The most important thing was the restaurant was dirty. The floors were dusty and dirty. For the first time in a long time I saw at least a dozen flies flying around in the dining area. I wounder how the kitchen would be!!!

Waitress was not attentive at all. Took a very long time to take our order and bring our food. Never brought the check after a long time just went to the front to pay. Believe her name was Jasmine. She never filled my water and that was the only drinks we had. I had to get another set of silverware myself and ask another waitress for more water. The gal that helped us pay the bill got us more water and was very sweet The menu said it was Kraft Mac and cheese but it was not. Was going to buy a pie but after being so disgusted with the service decided against giving any more money to this restaurant.

Wanted to get a Shari's card and they were out. They have been out for more than 30 days. Manager doesn't seem that she is staying on top of things at this location.

Food was disappointing especially as the waitress had highly recommended the item I ordered. The chicken was overcooked, dry and tough. The vegetables were overly seasoned. The grilled bread was tough & flavorless. The waitress never returned to check if everything was all right (which it wasn't). She also never came back to refill our water glasses & I was very thirsty. We had to ask for our check & it still took her a while to get it to us. We took it to the front to pay since we feared we'd have to wait an extended time for the waitress to do it.

Ordered cinnamon french toast platter. Specified runny yoke with cooked white. One yoke had broke and cooked through, still given to me. Bacon literally almost raw. Complained and got corrected eggs. Got new bacon almost too done, almost burnt. Ate it anyways since I didn't want to complain and risk getting food spit on. Worst meal at a Sharis ever.

We ordered the Sirloin Steak Dinner senior. We picked 2 sides which was salad baked potato w/extra butter & French fries. We never got our salad & no silverware. We got the manager to get the silverware and we question regarding our salad. He brought one salad & asked him for another and we asked about ranch dressing he went and got another salad and brought the ranch dressing. The gal that seated I asked her if we could set in a booth close to the video machines. She said they have to be wiped down I stated that we would wait. She gave us the disgusted look but she did wipe the table.

I ordered a garden salad to go with my order of Tater Tots, but never received it. It was not listed on the bill, so at least I was not charged for it. It took FOREVER for our server to bring us our meal check. It was like we were just abandoned in the restaurant. This also happened when my daughter had been there a few weeks prior. Same server; same problem. He just seems to disappear. We had to go to the cash register to find someone to check us out.

The food was overpriced and tasteless. I ordered steak and hash browns and vegetables. The steak was dry and wasn't good. The vegetables were tasteless. The hash browns were okay, but not as good as at other restaurants. I order this same meal wherever I go and it tastes great at other places. Our server did not come check with us very often, so we had to wait a long time to get a refill. We ordered a full cherry pie to go. We cut it the next day to eat it and it was a rhubarb pie. We did not want to have to go back to exchange it.

We ordered the prime rib dinner and the T Bone steak and eggs with English Muffin. The English muffin was warm, doughy and un-edible, not toasted, I had to return this item. The Prime Rib looked like a dried out pork chop, not at all appetizing. The T Bone was over cooked and the meat looked bad. We assumed the meats were cooked as they were to hide the fact the meat was really sub par. The price was $39.40. We had a spectacular Prime Rib dinner the week before on the coast for only $10.00 more. The Prime Rib was twice the size and was a Real perfectly cooked Prime Rib, with an abundance of delicious side and drinks. This was the second Prime rib dinner we had at this Sheri's location with sub par results. We will not return, McDonald's is a better choice for dinner if we are in this area again
