The most disappointing part of today's visit is the checking out process. The cashier today seemed really impatient and gave me a resist look on her face. I was really upset, because I was the one spending money in your restaurant, I shouldn't receive that resist and dirty look from that cashier. It turned my whole day down and I'm totally hate Shari's now!!! So I am really not satisfied with today's Shari's experience. And I won't go there in the future, I will tell all my friends around me not going there any more. I am not spending my money to buy that annoying look on someone's face!!!!! I can't be disappointed any more, that Shari's, the most unsatisfied restaurant here!!!!

Cashier was rude and treated me like I was wasting her time. She did not even smile her attitude was that of someone so annoyed and I was treated as less then a customer

When we arrived the restaurant was busy (it was Mother's Day), but not packed at that point. The server was not slow, she was obviously busy. When we were served all 3 of our plates of food were cold. As I stated previously, they weren't even warm or lukewarm, but cold. My mother ordered the shrimp benedict. She was having trouble cutting through her English muffin because it was cold and tough. I asked her if she wanted a steak knife and she held up what she was using (a steak knife). Cold shrimp, cold hash browns...It took about 10 minutes to eat my food and the butter on my french toast never melted. Three plates of breakfast and three coffees totaled $39.03. We would've been better off going to the McDonald's across the street. Our food would've been hot and we would've paid 1/3 of the cost. And no, we didn't say anything - we weren't born yesterday. Everyone knows you don't send food back. My mom had a 3 hour drive ahead of her and my sister and I had an hour drive home. We just wanted to get on the road. Handing out roses on Mother's Day was a nice touch, but I would've preferred no rose and hot food.

The waitress wouldn't listen to how I wanted my order maybe she knew the cooks would make it however they pleased.

Upon entering, four employees passed me within the five minutes my son and I stood there waiting. Not a single one said any type of "hello" or "we'll be right with you," nothing! The manager (at least I believe he was manager since he wore a blue button down unlike the other staff) didn't even bother to make eye contact with us or greet is. When we were finally seated, the waitress still didn't bother with a hello or even treat us like we were humans but said right away, "Can I take your order?" Even though we had just barely sat and hadn't even opened our menu. The whole experience felt rushed and not once did I feel like a respected customer. The whole time I was waiting for a simple, "Hi, how are you?" And not once did I get any form of customer service I would expect going into a restaurant. Will NOT be coming back.

Just prior to entering the restaurant I sent a text. Timestamp 7:18 When I entered I looked for a host lectern or sign to seat yourself/wait to be seated. Saw none. Line of three paying customers at register on right with wait staff attending to payments. At the left register was a host/manager attired person leaning on the register, Goudy/Goldy, "chatting" with the person attending the paying customers. Waited until the three had paid. When I got the wait person's attention, I asked for a booth. The two Shari's employees seemed a bit bewildered. This took several minutes. When I was seated, my wait person, Jessica, tended my intial needs quickly by serving my drink and salad. At 7:15 I got up to ask where my entree was. Jessica checked the order system and saw that it had been 30 minutes. She said she would get on the cooks. Goudy/Goldy came over to find an unhappy customer and told her I felt she as the lead she was not providing me with excellent customer service (paraphased) and recounted my wait to be seated. Needless to say I am not happy with Goudy/Goldy's lack of pleasing the customer while chatting with a fellow employee -- just for starters!

Order was wrong wrong wrong! Asked for Swiss, got cheddar. Asked for cold pie and ice cream, got hot pie and melted ice cream, asked for 2 forks, eventually got 2nd for pie, asked for extra plate, food got cold waiting. Asked for Swiss in sandwich, got charged , but no cheese, noticed on receipt after I got home. Asked for tea hot water refill 5 times, got it. Twice. Condiment caddy was filthy. Told waitress about it she said that it sits under coffee maker & it gets splashed. She did nothing to replace it. After a while we stopped complaining and left. Horrible horrible horrible service, accuracy of order and tons of excuses. I'm sorry we ate there at that location, we will never eat there again. Never brought to manager attention we felt sorry for waitress, she just was overwhelmed, I guess. Very frustrating!!!

It seemed that employees are upset,when you are ordering only two pieces of pies , the attention was very bad,the expression on their faces,It was as angry,We waited 15 to 20 minutes only to have someone come to take the order,when I asked him to help me check my club card,one of the employees told me that it took too long and was busy,after eating came and asked me to help me in the car , the food or the 2 slice of pie They were badly cut etc

The food that I received was not cooked consistently with my expectations. The hash browns were burnt on one side and uncooked on the other, my eggs in my Benedict lacked a runny yolk, and my English muffin was burnt as well. I had expected a higher quality of food.

ordered a salad, told them i wanted extra blue cheese. they brought my salad without blue cheese and when I asked they said they were out of blue cheese. even after that exchange the staff never returned to check on the food.
