When u order a pancake and it's the size of a cup come on that's not acceptable for the price u charge

The prices were just a /little/ high and the waiter never asked if we were done, I had to go up and ask for to-go cups..

Our waitress Debi-8 seemed to be on another planet. We had to ask for our bill, and had to wait forever for our pie. It's not she wasn't pleasant, because she was. Seemed as though she wasn't quite with it. Maybe it was just a bad day for her.

Server need to slow down going to fast needs to listen better don't get me wrong he did good but a hurrying took my food before I was totally done

My husband ordered a cheese burger with fries. The cheese burger had no cheese and the fries were cold. He was given fresh hot fries to replace them. I ordered the Sampler breakfast and it was good, except the pancakes were cold and wouldn't melt the butter. They were replaced with fresh hot and well cooked pancakes. The staff was very attentive and apologised for the problem. We hadn't been to this Shari's in a long time because the last time I ordered Clam Chowder the potatoes were not even cooked and it was terrible. The server said she'd "tell the chef" no replacement was offered or apology given. So we wanted to give them another chance. They did well. I'll let you know how good the pies are.

Condiment error. Fixed quickly.

In spite of the best efforts by cook and staff the Prime Rib was overcooked dry and almost completely flavorless. Something needs to be done at the supply level to give the staff something better to work with.

Restaurant was very busy. Not enough waitresses to accommodate everyone.

the soup had weird spices

Overall I was very satisfied, but when breaking it down there were areas I didn't feel were superior. Such as having to ask for drink refills, the attentiveness was good in the sense we weren't smothered; yet at the same time it was a bit laxed. I will definitely go back and it could have been an off day with short staff, I'm not sure. And I am planning to return again soon, most likely on Thanksgiving.
