Shari's

The Bacon is the worst I ever had. Many complaints,but it never changes. Other wise I have always liked Shari's

they didn't have any baked potatoes and it would have taken 35 mins and the host at night shift is weird

server was semirude initially however did warm up later. he kept slamming dishes into the server station which killed my ears as i was only 1 booth away food was semi tasty but needed salt n something ti balance it out. acid? the garlic toast didnt wirk with the rest. needed just buttered, toasted bread.

soup was curdled. they were out of multiple items

Missy is the best waitress there is. Nearly every regular customer at this Sharis asks to be seated in her area. But...the chef DOES NOT know the difference between med., med rare, or rare when it comes to steaks. We have brought it up numerous times to the manager and all he does is shrug his shoulders and make some lame excuse. Never anything satisfactory. Also, the manager seems to have no regard to addressing spills immediately so that nobody falls on them because one of the waitresses fell tonight while salad dressing was spread out on the floor and many knew about it. Nothing was done until she fell. Very sad!!!

I had a good lunch

I was highly satisfied.... Food was great....was much better then my prior experiences... Have not been there in a couple months or so cause last three visits asked for hamburger fully cooked and burger had more pink meat then cooked burger and I couldn't even eat it without feeling sick. So I didn't return for some time... Whatever changes have been made there recently are immediately apparent and my burger was very good...I went there because jack n the box was down for maintenance was gonna goto work without food.. I am glad I didn't

I think I am just grumpy today.

As soon as we walked in the place. I could smell cigarette smoke. I mean there was like a bar .? In the place? Like with swinging saloon type doors to one side of the place that omitted this stink throuout the whole restaurant. It was a very strong smell of stale cigerette smoke. Which took away the cleanliness of the place. Also the carpet around our table and the neighboring tables needed to be vacummed. Dispite these things it was ok. Thanks Joseph Canchola.

I am satisfied with Shari's. The only problem I had was calling in to order the pie. I called the number that was listed and gave my pie order to someone I can only assume was not actually at the Shari's location but some pie order line. When I got to Shari's they had never received my order. So I ended up getting the wrong pie because I couldn't remember which pie it was that my boss wanted me to pickup. Everyone at the Shari's location was great but the pie call in line does not work.
